Metacognition

As I state in the “About” section of this website, “metacognition” is the term I use as a catch-all for a disparate and amorphous field of thinking. To that point, the following books are not easily categorized, as they draw on dozens of fields of thinking and research. The broad theme is that these books prompt you to ponder the inner workings of your own brain in a variety of ways, as well as equip you with some tools for making the mercurial organ work a little better.
